Returns & Exchanges
AMIRI offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for all eligible full-priced items. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original AMIRI packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL or FedEx return label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary pickup; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for quality inspection and refund processing.
